Below is a guide for setting up a paperless account.

Thank you for deciding to go paperless!

 

You will need the following information:

 

Locate your Account Number and Account Name on your invoice as shown below.

When you visit omegasystemsinc.com select the Pay Your Bill tab, then click on "view or pay your bill online" This will direct you to our secure site, see highlighted sections below:

When you have been directed to our secure site  you will want to choose to register, see highlighted selection below:

Next you will enter your account number and the account name, see highlighted section below:

Next you will select your latest invoice and then choose to " Register selected invoice" (note, this will not require any credit card information or ask you to pay online)

And you will be brought to the registration page. please give the e-mail address you wish to receive your invoices at and create a password for logging into your account. For your convenience the go paperless option will be automatically selected.

Once you have entered your information simply hit complete registration.

You will then find yourself on your account home page, in the future when you login using your e-mail and password this is what you will see. Here you can pay your recent invoices, and also edit your account options, See highlighted sections below. ( You will also be able to view your payment history moving forward.)

You will receive an e-mail confirmation that will require you to click through to confirm that your e-mail is valid.

You should also receive a receipt of payment should you choose to pay your bill online.

 

After that you're all done! In the future your invoices with balance due will show up in your e-mail, you will have the option to click through and view the full invoice on our website and pay online if you wish. Or, if you intend to send a check in the mail, you don't even have to click through, just mail a check for the amount listed in the e-mail and we will apply it to your account when we receive it.
